Executive Summary
Atkins & Davidson, APC was founded in January of 2003 by Clark L. Davidson, a California Attorney and CPA. Mr. Davidson spent a number of years at an international public accounting firm and a national law firm, where he was an auditor and then a corporate attorney, respectively.
Mr. Davidson formed Atkins & Davidson, APC because he was committed to providing excellent client service at an affordable price for small to mid-size businesses. He believes that most companies this size need more than just a skilled attorney, they need someone who can fill their need for a general legal and financial consultant, as well as a mediator, to help ensure that the company remains focused on its ultimate goals.
